If an issue is raised against an IAMTrusted Moving company in the IAM Issue Resolution System, they have 10 business days to acknowledge the claim. They have 30 days to try to sort this out with the party that filed. If resolution is not reached in 30 days, the IAM will intervene and may issue a resolution. The IAMTrusted Moving Company agrees to acknowledge within 10 days and if a resolution judgement is issued by IAM, the IAMTrusted Moving Company pledges to accept the ruling. If they fail to abide by any of these pledges, they lose their IAMTrusted logo on IAMX immediately. 01:17:16 Lars Peter Lemche: Understood, Ray. 01:18:31 Alex Kiefer: Well in Germany we have a special insurance for this , If we know that we do 800 k revenue, we can insure that amount, if the customer will not pay 01:22:14 Morgana Somers: Are there new technologies out there to collect btb payments quicker?
